Hello! I’m Dylan Seah Wei Jie, a Year 2 Media Production & Design student at Republic Polytechnic, aspiring to become a multicam director and producer within the sports and studio production space. I’m driven by the challenge of bringing ideas and stories to life, both creatively and operationally, especially in fast-paced, live production environments.

I enjoy collaborating with teams, taking the lead when needed, and working toward shared goals on and off set. Delivering high-quality results for every project and client is something I take pride in, whether through directing, producing, or supporting the production workflow.

With hands-on experience in concert setups, corporate events, sound operations, and lighting rigs, I bring strong technical awareness alongside clear communication and coordination skills. As an aspiring producer, I’m particularly interested in shaping concepts, managing production flow, and translating creative ideas into well-executed content that resonates with audiences.
